Welcome to Herbal Roots. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to herbalrootsshop.com and any purchases you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you can form a binding contract.
2. Products & descriptions
We work hard to describe products accurately, including ingredients and suggested use. Images are illustrative; actual packaging may vary. Colors and batch appearance can differ slightly with small-batch production. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing or listing errors.
3. Health & FDA disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your physician before beginning any new herbal regimen.
You are responsible for reading labels, following usage directions, and consulting a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
- Checkout may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your use of that service is also subject to their terms.
- An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline for reasons including stock, fraud checks, or shipping restrictions.
- Taxes and shipping may be added at checkout where applicable.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package, except where law requires otherwise. Provide a complete, deliverable address; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Waitlists
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee product availability or a reserved unit unless we clearly offer a prepaid reserve. Notify-only waitlists are best-effort alerts.
8. Intellectual property
Site content—including text, logos, photos, and design—is owned by Herbal Roots or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service.
- Use bots or scrapers in a way that harms the site or violates law.
- Submit false information or infringe others’ rights.
10. Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites (for example educational resources). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
11. Disclaimer of warranties

12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HERBAL ROOTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH LIMITS ARE PROHIBITED).
13. Indemnity

14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Herbal Roots primarily operates its business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws of your state of residence require otherwise. Courts in that state (or as required by mandatory consumer law) will have jurisdiction, subject to your non-waivable rights.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
